Key Testwork Highlights

Metallurgical testwork, carried out by Core Resources, has confirmed:

  • Flotation recoveries of
    96.5% gold
    80.2% silver
    87.8% copper
  • Cyanide leaching of whole ore delivering:
    98.7% gold recovery
    89% silver recovery
  • Cyanide-free alternatives using EnviroMetal Technologies’ solution produced:
    Up to 97.7% gold recovery
Strong alignment with Ballymore’s sustainability objectives

These results confirm that both flotation and leaching offer viable, high-recovery pathways for Dittmer ore, with the potential to produce high-value concentrates and support environmentally conscious flowsheet options.

Core’s Role

Core Resources worked closely with Ballymore to deliver a comprehensive testwork program across multiple recovery routes. Using flotation and leaching, Core’s metallurgists evaluated performance and reagent use to determine the most effective and sustainable solution.

The successful testwork provides Ballymore with a robust basis for process development and supports upcoming ore sorting and scale-up studies.

Looking Ahead

With testwork confirming strong recoveries and multiple viable processing options, Ballymore is well positioned to advance the Dittmer Project. These findings mark a key milestone in the project’s restart plans, with additional trials and flowsheet refinements to follow.
