Following the stunning success of the Albion Process at the GeoProMining (GPM) Ararat Gold Mine in Armenia, GPM has now entered into a collaboration with Glencore Technology to support the marketing of the technology.

This agreement means that the GPM plant will now be available as a training facility for Albion Process clients, thus providing a faster ramp-up through better technology transfer.

The Albion Process is a proven combination of ultrafine grinding and oxidative leaching, providing a robust, highly effective atmospheric leaching process for the recovery of metals from refractory sulphide ores.
